Designed to be affordable and fast, The Key is a simple base package that allows for a broad range of use-cases. Applicable to most properties up to 5000 sq ft. Nothing helps attract a potential buyer's attention more than beautiful, professional videos and photos. We curate file formats for uploading to MLS as well as sharing on social media.
Coverage includes residence and ancillary buildings, and surrounding grounds.
THE KEY
"TOPPINGS" ARE ADD-ONS THAT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL COVERAGE AND EDITING SERVICES. THESE CAN BE ADDED TO ANY PACKAGE BUT WE CAN ALSO CUSTOMIZE THEM TO FIT YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

Standard (non-HDR) photos can be added to a Key Video in leiu of the HDR Key Photo or as a stand-alone option. Standard photos are both faster to take and faster to process which saves you both time and money.
Turnaround time is only 8 hours when selected as stand-alone.
This is a great option for smaller homes or tighter margins.

Ultra-premium homes require a first-class touch. For homes over $1 million estimated market value (using ATTOM and NAR RPR), an additional fee is required. This fee covers higher licensing costs but also pays for a more premium edit (such as tasteful graphics and masking) with extra care taken during the shoot to verify that every detail is presented perfectly. Up to 100 total HDR photos.
